What happens when you take talented musicians from a bunch of bands and put them into one supergroup? Such is the essence of The Union. Their versatility and spontaneity have made them regulars at venues in the GTA.
Cassandra Gentile
This Italian entertainer's voice goes down smooth like good wine. She brings fresh interpretations to urban and jazz songs. What's more incredible is that she does it all without speaking a word of English.
Kyle Dutka
Kyle Dutka is a singer-songwriter whose piano-driven, acoustic folk-pop songs combine sounds of early Coldplay with the intimacy of Damien Rice. Drawing from a range of folk and jazz influences, Kyle's writing celebrates simplicity and continually looks for wonder in the small things. Releasing an EP in 2003, Kyle has continued writing and performing his music at local GTA venues, having shifted his focus to taking time to enjoy the music creation process while completing his undergrad at York University.
